Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
DTL Energy Solutions Inc. (“DTL,” “we,” “us”) is a commercial lighting contractor based in Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.dtlenergysolutions.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
When you submit our contact or facility assessment form, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, facility address, facility type, number of locations, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Our forms are processed by HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) provider. When you submit a form, your information is sent to and stored in our HubSpot account so we can respond to your request and manage our relationship with you. HubSpot handles this data under its own privacy and security practices (see HubSpot’s Privacy Policy).
Information Collected Automatically
We use Google Analytics and related Google tags (including Google Ads measurement) to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Google processes this data under its own policies; you can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We also use the HubSpot tracking code, which sets cookies to record which pages a visitor views. If you later submit one of our forms, HubSpot can connect those visits to your inquiry so we understand how you found us.
Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) in server logs for security and reliability.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as HubSpot, Google, and our website host), with utilities or program administrators when you ask us to pursue a rebate or incentive on your behalf, or when required by law.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
