Any energy savings, rebate amounts, incentive eligibility, timelines, or project results described on the Site are examples or estimates only. Actual results depend on your facility, equipment, usage, and the rules of each utility program, which are set and may be changed by the utility or program administrator, not by DTL.

Services we perform for you are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which controls over anything on the Site.

References to utilities, rebate programs, manufacturers, or other third parties are for information only and do not mean those parties endorse DTL. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or using automated means to send spam through our forms.

Intellectual Property
